The Summerhouse at Bilton near Alnmouth is available to rent for self-catering holiday breaks near the sea throughout the summer and winter. It was converted in 2006 to provide a detached, self-contained holiday unit with private patio, garden and parking. It has been decorated in mix of traditional seaside cottage and contemporary styles. It offers open plan accommodation for 2 people on a luxury double sofabed with a sprung interior mattress. One well-behaved smaller dog is also welcome. There is a separate shower room & WC. Situated on a elevated ridge the holiday studio commands stunning views from the front over the Aln estuary towards Alnwick. A mile away is Alnmouth itself which is surrounded by pristine white beaches and sand dunes. From the rear, the commanding position of the studio cottage offers a breathtaking rural panorama stretching along the River Aln valley, passed the thirteen arch railway viaduct.

The studio cottage is available to let for summer holidays and short spring breaks. including Cristmas and New Year, Easter and all through the school holidays. Early booking is advisable, especially for half term & summer holidays.
